4th of July

Spent a nice quiet 4th of July over at my sister-in-law and her husband's house today. It was nice to be able to pack up and go somewhere else for a change. Usually we have all the holidays at my house and I really enjoyed not having to deal with the stress and all the cooking and playing 'hostess' for a change.

Caitlin decided to spend the holiday with her sister out on the farm so I didn't get to spend the holiday probably the first that I haven't ever spent with my children since they been born. I took my mother along with us so she didn't have to sit home alone and she had a really nice time as well. So all in all it was a nice day.
