in the house all day long

cold and snow everywhere

working on my "Vintage Art Journal" most of the day

and I'm pretty excited and happy about the way it is turning out!

now its time to start filling up all those pretty vintage tags

and pages. I created little envelopes through the book for little 

special notes....

and scalloped the edges of the special papers...

i also ran some rust color paint over the edges of some tags 

and the papers for a more vintage feel....

i also bought some pretty vintage waspi tape and used that on some of the pages as well

I bought some pretty lace ribbon at Michael's Craft Store and hole punched some of the pages and attached the ribbon up in the corners of some of the papers....

it was a lot of fun to put together and took the whole day

i think i may make a couple of these for Christmas gifts....
