Days with Alayna

Its hard to grasp the fact that in a mere week and a half my Princess will turn six.

I remember the first time I laid eyes on her and my heart stopped and I had to remember to take a  breath. The last six years with her have been some of the most wonderful gifts of my life.

She has taught me so much about giving unconditional love, patience, living in the moment and cherishing each and every second I get with her.

She is a blessing - an angel  that God sent down to me when I needed her the most. She puts the happy in my step, the sun in the sky and always rescues  me when I think I cannot go another step. 

My gorgeous wonderful Princess. I love you so dearly.
