Dear Lord hear our prayers....
im asking all of my family and friends to please please pray for this young man, Terry.
he is a friend of my daughter, Caitlin and he was shot in the face last night.
the last report i got he was air-lifted to Iowa city and they had to perform emergency surgery at 4am this morning...he is blind in both eyes.....he's 18 years old.....

what is happening in our world that people (mostly young kids think that they can play God and just grab a gun and shoot someone? where is the love and compassion for our neighbors, our friends, our family.....
i don't understand it, i hate the way the world is today and i hate the way people act
filled with hatred and foolishness....
Terry's life will never be the same again, and thats if he pulls through this....
my heart is just broken...

this poor kid lost his mother a few years back from a drug overdose.....and now he has to deal with this.....its just crazy...and i think if i sit here long enough, i can figure this thing out, but i can't...it makes no sense....its so surreal
this world is so heartless and no compassion
makes me very very sad.
