Ending the Week

i totally love this family. i've been shooting them for a few years now and they are always so fun and accommodating. they truly make it a family event, her mom comes, her sister, sometimes a niece i love it! and can we scream, GORGEOUS family.

this is why i love my job so much. They seem so much like family to me at this point.

lots of laughs, and just plain simple fun.

this week, ugh, has been long and busy. and sad. last night my nieces, nicole and ashton's grandmother, Rita passed away. she was a phenomenal woman, greatly respected and loved. she will be missed by many. RIP Rita <3

on a positive note my girls are coming home from LA, so Im so excited to see them all. and ashton will be bringing the baby, Josephine River 

also last night my daughter, Caitlin's friend Andrew got shot! Praise the Lord it didn't kill him. but the bullet is lodge in tissue in his back. it broke a rib,  fractured his spine and they are just going to leave the bullet in there.thankful that he wasn't killed.  because of his quick thinking he was able to get away. i hope they catch the guy that shot him.

i don't even feel safe going out into public anymore. its ridiculous.what gives people the right to think that they can play God and take someone else's life...it just infuriates me. im scared to death to even let Caitlin leave the house anymore.

next weekend starts off my wedding season! i can't believe that season is upon us already.

it just seems like ive been busy busy busy lately. i need a couple days to not have to do anything to be able to catch up on things at home.
