This & There

this morning it was up at 7:30 and

over easy eggs and toast with grape jelly

after 2  days of mouth pain it was finding some ease in a bottle of

Oral Relief Spray from Walgreens....

it was.....

no color, just dark and threatening clouds with no rain

its open windows, and opened doors

no humming from the air conditioner unit stuck in the window

and the lovely sound of cicadas singing their early evening lullabye

today there was a breeze -

 tonight stillness and quiet and a longing for a 

long sleep.....

a peaceful sleep

its a needing to find more words

yet none come.....
