Free-Write at 2am

Free Write (9.24.14) 2AM

Frustrated. very late. 2am. the rest of the world is sleeping. crickets chriping. cool night. la la la- not even tired. that cup of coffee at 9pm not such a great idea i'm thinking.

why do i let people make me feel worthless - crazy even? my feelings are validated because they are real. they may not be real to anyone else but they are real to me. i'm not crazy, i think certain people try to make me crazy. set boundaries. 

walk away- don't respond to negativity. don't engage in it.

if it feels wrong go with your gut instinct.

girls day tomm with mama and sissy. garlic spaghetti and fried chicken (yes daddy it lives on)  missing alexis and alayna. hardly see them much lately with her moving and working over time the last couple of weeks.
